Before joining Joyce’s Mt. Whitney group, I wasn’t a hiker, not even close. She built a training program that made the impossible feel doable, one step at a time. Her leadership took me from never having hiked to standing on the summit of Mt. Whitney. I still hike regularly, and that spark started with her.
