By engaging the professional services of Adventure Chic Cruises & Travel (“Advisor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Professional Services
Adventure Chic Cruises & Travel provides professional travel advisory services, including, but not limited to:
- Travel consultation and itinerary design
- Destination and supplier research
- Cruise, tour, hotel, and air coordination
- Booking management and documentation
- Concierge-level guidance before, during, and after travel
These services are customized, time-intensive, and delivered based on the Client’s stated preferences and requirements.
2. Planning & Consultation Fees
Adventure Chic Cruises & Travel charges professional Travel Planning Consultation and Initiation Fees, as outlined on our Planning Fees page.
- Fees compensate the Advisor for expertise, research, supplier coordination, and itinerary design.
- Planning and consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of booking outcome.
- Payment of the planning fee authorizes the Advisor to begin research and planning services.
Planning services may be paused or discontinued if fees are not paid as agreed.
3. Fee Structure & Additional Services Terms & Conditions
Additional fees may apply for:
- Expedited planning requests
- Significant itinerary revisions
- Concierge services beyond the original scope
- Airfare ticketing, changes, or reissues
- Extended research or hourly services
All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to commencement of additional work.
4. Role of the Travel Advisor
Adventure Chic Cruises & Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between the Client and third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”), including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers.
We do not own, operate, or control Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing changes, schedule changes, or policies.
5. Third-Party Supplier Terms
All travel services are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier, including cancellation policies, refund rules, payment schedules, and penalties.
Client agrees to review and accept all Supplier terms prior to booking.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal information exactly as it appears on government-issued identification
- Ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements
- Reviewing all invoices, confirmations, and travel documents upon receipt
- Meeting payment deadlines set by Suppliers
Adventure Chic Cruises & Travel is not responsible for errors or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete Client information.
7. Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure
Travel arrangements may be affected by events beyond the Advisor’s control, including but not limited to weather, political events, supplier insolvency, labor actions, public health events, or acts of God.
The Advisor is not liable for losses arising from such circumstances. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventure Chic Cruises & Travel shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from acts or omissions of third-party Suppliers.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Client agrees to attempt good-faith resolution prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of planning fees, confirmation of travel arrangements, or continued engagement of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
